You have the opportunity to register on our website for events, such as training sessions, user meetings, conferences or other events.
To register for and participate in our events requires you to register on our website. For the purpose of registration and invoicing, we need particulars concerning your name, title, gender, email address, job title, department, business address, sector, business telephone number and country.
As a participant, you receive a name tag for identification at our onsite events which you can wear voluntarily so it is visible. This name tag contains the following data: Name, title, company name, job title and country.
For online events your personal data (such as name, title, company name, job title, email address, telephone number and country) you provide when you join the event are available for all participants by default. As participant at an online events you can choose freely whether you use and share audio or video. In case of recording you will be informed upfront about the recording and your options if you don’t want to be recorded. Data acquisition when you take part in a survey or poll

Duration of data storage
In the event that a contract is concluded, all of the data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the statutory safekeeping period.
